home to see their clients. Outside agencies come into the home to provide a variety of
services when ordered by a physician. Blood work, physical and occupational therapy,
and simple diagnostic tests are among some of these services. Transportation to
physician appointments in the Manor van is available for an additional fee. Protection
and peace of mind can be found from a central smoke, fire, and door alarm system. In a
spacious dining room, residents are served and enjoy nutritious home cooked meals
planned by a registered dietician. An activities director plans activities and outings that
vary with the seasons. Polish National Catholic mass is offered regularly in a full size
multi-denominational chapel. Other religious denominations also tend to the spiritual
needs of the residents. A local pharmacy is used that packages medications by dose in
blister packs for added safety.

Spojnia, Inc. There is a refundable deposit of 1 month required. SSI is accepted upon
SSI bed availability. Rates include lodging, laundry, daily housekeeping, meals, care
services, and medication management. There are extra charges for higher levels of care
based on resident needs. If a resident’s functioning declines, the physician would
assess the resident and determine the appropriate level of care.
