At the Manor at Waymart
Residents can bring their own furniture or use the furniture provided by the facility. The provided furniture are as follows:
Residents are encouraged to bring personal belongings to make their room their own. We offer attractive rates for our
residents these rates are as follows:
All rooms include local phone service. Private telephone service with long distance, cable television, and Internet are
available through contacting the local suppliers. The Veterans Administration offers aid and Attendance Benefits to
qualifying veterans and their spouses. For more information please contact your local Veterans Administration Office or
www.veteranaid.org.
For those residents requiring extra care, we offer extra levels or care for an additional fee.
We also offer transportation for physician appointments with our own van and staff member at an attractive rate.

- Private Deluxe: Large 267square foot room with 2 closets and 1/2 bath.
- Small Private: 174 square foot room with 1 closet and 1/2 bath..
- Semi-Private: Two people share a Private Deluxe room each with their own closet.
